PRODUCT PRICES
Handbol A UN PAS guarantees the price of the product on the day you make the purchase, regardless of the day the delivery is made.
All prices shown on the website http://www.handbolaunpas.com include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force at any given time, except the orders with shipping out of the European Economics Community that will be shown and sold without Taxes (without VAT). Because Taxes will be paid in their country before the delivery.
The price of the product does not include shipping costs. The validity of the promotions will have the temporary character that is required at all times.

Payments made by bank transfer or account deposit will not be accepted until we receive proof of payment and money is placed in our bank account.

International deliveries

There are some countries where the fees and taxes applied at customs can be very high. According to our experience these countries are: Argentina, Brazil, Uruguai, Chile... Also countries in the East of Europe can be problematic. You should inform yourself about the taxes in your country before placing an order. The acquisition of a package in Handbol A UN PAS implies acceptance of these conditions.
ABOUT CUSTOMS AND TAXES
In the event that a package is detained at customs, it will be the buyer's responsability to pay any taxes and customs fees that apply to the package. Handbolaunpas is not responsible for the cost of customs, nor for any delay that may be caused to the delivery of the package. The customer will not be able to return their order for this reason, except for an error made by Handbolaunpas.
PAYMENT METHODS
Online payment by credit card: Visa Electron and Mastercard. It is done through the secure payment gateway of Sermepa de Banc de Sabadell.
Account Deposit and Bank Transfer: Once the order has been placed, on our website we will provide you with the Handbol A UN PAS account number, where you will have to make the deposit within 24 hours, indicating the order number, your name and surname , and send the proof of payment by email to be able to send the package.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
Exchanges and returns are accepted as long as the product is in perfect condition, has not been used, and is returned with the original packaging, including warranties, tags, and instructions for use. Once the condition has been verified, we will begin the exchange or return process. All our products have a valid warranty as stated by Spanish law. The exchange or return must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. The transportation cost for exchanges will be covered by Handbolaunpas for purchases over €100, for changes in size or number, for non-promotional products, and for orders within the Spanish territory. Returns will always be the responsibility of the customer, who must pay for both return and original shipping, in case the original shipment was free.
For returns and exchanges outside mainland Spain and Portugal, the customer is 100% responsible for shipping costs and any potential customs fees.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
The warranty period depends on the policy of each brand/manufacturer. Warranties take into account how the product has been used, and whether it may have been misused. The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product. Using a washing machine on the shoes will void the warranty.
Use beyond 3 months will affect how the defect is evaluated, whether it's a manufacturing defect or user damage. Manufacturing defects appear within 2 or 3 months of use. If the product is used daily, there may be more wear compared to less frequent use. All of this is assessed by the brand/manufacturer when processing the claim.
ORDER TRACKING
Orders can be tracked throughout the process:
• Through email, which we send from the store to report on the status.
• Using the order number for any questions or queries.
